By participating in this campaign and redeeming the voucher, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

Voucher Claim Period The voucher must be used towards a package within 3 days of receiving it. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Voucher Expiry and Booking

▪️ Appointments using the voucher must be booked via the booking system within 60 days of receiving the voucher.

▪️ Both the booking and the appointment must occur within the 60-day window.

Available Packages

▪️The voucher is valid only for the eligible packages listed at the time of redemption. The voucher cannot be applied to any other services or treatments.

Your Deposit

Your deposit secures your appointment and applies directly to your treatment package on the day of your visit.

▪️ Change of mind: If you change your mind within 24 hours of paying your deposit, contact us for a full refund.

▪️ After 24 hours: Your deposit is held against your booked appointment and is governed by our standard appointment policy, which will be provided to you at booking.

Booking and Redemption

▪️ Appointments must be booked via the official booking system, and your voucher confirmation must be presented at the time of your appointment.

▪️ The voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged.

Eligibility

▪️ This campaign is open to clients aged 18 and above. Proof of identity may be required at the time of redemption.

▪️ All treatments are subject to a consultation to confirm suitability. If deemed unsuitable, your deposit will be refunded and the voucher cancelled.

Payment Terms

▪️ All payments are processed securely. Any applicable processing fees will be clearly displayed before payment is confirmed.

▪️ By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Exclusions and Limitations

▪️ The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

▪️ The voucher has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.

▪️ The clinic reserves the right to deny redemption of vouchers that are damaged, expired, or invalid.

Use of Images

▪️Marketing materials may include real client photos used with consent, as well as illustrative AI imagery where applicable. Individual results vary and visuals should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

Medical Suitability

▪️All treatments are subject to a medical suitability assessment. The clinic reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where appropriate. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded and your voucher cancelled.

Force Majeure

▪️The clinic is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural events, public health restrictions, or equipment failures). Where rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded and your voucher reinstated.

Data Privacy

▪️Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with trusted third-party platforms used to manage your booking and communication. By providing your details, you consent to appointment-related and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

Liability

▪️Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. The clinic's liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided.
